A minimum of three vendors must be evaluated using the attached MATRIX and GUIDELINES The completed matrix and all vendor quotations must accompany your requisition to Procurement and Contracting Services (PCS).
PCS also requires departments to review the RAMCOPYprogram and submit a memo stating why Ramcopy will not meet your needs. This memo must accompany the completed matrix and vendor quotations mentioned above.
