COPIER VENDORS

Contract Period: July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009

The following vendors are authorized to provide copiers/multifunction printers to the University. Departments interested in purchasing equipment are encouraged to review information on the web pages linked to each vendor. A minimum of three vendors must be evaluated using the attached MATRIX and GUIDELINES The completed matrix and all vendor quotations must accompany your requisition to the Purchasing Department.

The Purchasing Department also requires departments to review the RAMCOPYprogram and submit a memo stating why Ramcopy will not meet your needs. This memo must accompany the completed matrix and vendor quotations mentioned above.
